Arts
The musical and visual arts are well represented in the city of Raleigh. For example, the Pullen Arts Center, located in Pullen Park, offers many exciting educational classes, such as jewellery making, youth music groups, painting, pottery and sculpture.
Artspace, located on the corner of Blunt and Davie, is an exciting visual and performing arts center. Visitors can enjoy the work of over 40 artists, working in studios, which are open to the public. It also hosts performances by the Raleigh Ensemble Players, a theatre group.
The city is also home to the North Carolina State University African-American collection and the Craft Center Gallery.
